Can't believe it's been more than a year since I updated the news. :P 2011 was a crazy year for me. I'm still looking for full time work, but I did have some more in the way of commissions.

I'm also engaged now - to a dork even dweebier than Diyero. xD And be thankful for him, guys - he's promised to harass me when I have free time that could be spent on working on RM pages so I don't slack off like I have been lately. And lo, you guys get a new page after far too long. Hopefully Andy can continue to get my butt in gear when it comes to working on pages. I would like to have a buffer up again, if possible. There's only about 150 pages left after all, and it would be nice if I finish those soon.

I'm sure you noticed the new website layout. The old one felt too cluttered to me, so I fixed things up for the new year.

In addition to the new layout, I have another gift for 2011: A more frequent update schedule. The comic will now update three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

For the past month, I have been illustrating the first issue of an indy comic for Todd Goodman of Old World Comics. The comic is called The Book on Me and is done in a similar art style to Rune Master, except it was drawn completely on the computer, and is in grayscale.

While Todd will be selling the comic at conventions this year, it is also for sale at Indy Planet for $2.99. It was just added to their store last night, so it may be a little bit before their site adds preview images. Todd, however, has added previews to the Old World Comics Facebook fan page, if you wish to see a sample. I get part of the profits from the sale of the comic so, if you buy it, you're supporting me and Rune Master. Never required, but always appreciated if you do.
