The blue guy in the last panel is a Vorgess. They're a pale, blue skinned Faeri subrace that lives in caves and underground cities in Aust. They're primarily a society of merchants, though slavery is illegal in their nation. Obviously, this guy's working black market or out of his country.

There's also a Duendo/Drude and a Senjo/Drude in the mix. Showing a little diversity in the slavers, I guess. :P
